Showcasing Ukraine’s Hydrogen Potential at the H2HEAT Webinar

Today, our Board Member Iaroslav Kryl participated in the Advancing Hydrogen And Energy Technologies In Ukraine webinar, where he presented on the topic "Experience and Prospects of Hydrogen Use in Ukraine."
Iaroslav provided an overview of the Ukrainian Hydrogen Council and its pivotal role in the development of green hydrogen energy. He highlighted the association's ongoing efforts since 2018 to promote hydrogen technologies across various industries, contributing to enhanced energy efficiency.
In his discussion, Iaroslav also explored Ukraine's significant potential as a future leader in the global hydrogen economy. With abundant renewable energy resources, such as wind and solar, Ukraine is well-positioned to become a key producer of green hydrogen. The country’s strategic location in Europe, coupled with its established industrial base, offers a unique advantage for hydrogen export to global markets. Ukraine’s hydrogen energy roadmap aims to leverage these strengths, supporting a sustainable energy transition and bolstering its energy security while creating new economic opportunities.
This webinar was organized as part of the H2HEAT project, implemented in collaboration with the Canary Islands Health Service (SCS).
