Strategy for the development and implementation of renewable energy in Ukraine

The proposed strategy is based on scientific research and innovative technologies aimed at ensuring the safe and environmentally friendly use of renewable energy sources. The publication analyses the use of solar, wind and hydropower, taking into account the specifics of Ukraine's natural conditions. For the first time, it is proposed to use the water mirrors of the Predobrudzhya lakes, as well as the Dzharylgach Bay and the Tendra Estuary to create solar and wind power plants. The technology of green hydrogen production using the Dnipro waters is also considered. For the first time, the possibility and justification of the technology for the conversion to white natural hydrogen was considered. These initiatives, together with the use of natural capacities, can make Ukraine a key producer of renewable energy, meeting both domestic and European energy market needs.
