The Ukrainian Hydrogen Council is actively collaborating with Hydrogen Europe on the path towards a sustainable hydrogen future.

Polina Kazakevych, the President of the Energy Association "Ukrainian Hydrogen Council," participated in the working group of National Associations within "Hydrogen Europe". It is noted that the European Commission is preparing recommendations to meet industry targets at the national level.

Polina Kazakevych proposed the creation of a subgroup on "Hydrogen Valleys" framework to coordinate the relevant cooperation at the international level. She emphasized the importance of Ukraine's active participation in this initiative, which will contribute to innovation and the development of hydrogen energy.

In the context of the ongoing European Hydrogen Week, organized jointly by Hydrogen Europe, the European Commission, and the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, the focus is on facilitating discussions, exchanging experiences, and exploring new advancements in the field of hydrogen.

Participants in the week can expect various events, including in-depth sessions with over 200 expected speakers, an exhibition area showcasing the latest electrolyzer and fuel cell technologies, as well as networking opportunities with representatives from various sectors, including politicians and industry leaders.

These initiatives demonstrate Ukraine's determination to collaborate with European partners to promote sustainable and innovative development in hydrogen energy.

Reminder: The "Ukrainian Hydrogen Council" became the first association from a non-European Union country to obtain associated membership in Hydrogen Europe, the industry energy agency within the structure of the European Commission.
