"Liatech" has officially become the representative of "Ohmium" in Ukraine
Ukraine has taken a significant step towards creating an environmentally clean and sustainable energy future through a partnership between the company "Liatech" and the American electrolyzer manufacturer "Ohmium."
As a member of the Ukrainian Hydrogen Council, "Liatech" has officially become the representative of "Ohmium" in Ukraine, opening new opportunities for the production of green hydrogen and industrial decarbonization.

"Ohmium" is renowned for its advanced developments in renewable energy. They utilize PEM electrolyzers (a process of hydrogen production using polymer electrolytes) to produce environmentally clean hydrogen, using 100% renewable energy exclusively. This means that the hydrogen production process does not result in CO2 emissions or other pollutants, making it ideal for creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy system.
Furthermore, "Liatech" has extensive experience in providing services for the construction of industrial renewable energy facilities (Solar and Wind Power Stations) from design to commissioning.
Some of their completed projects include:
- From 2017 to 2018: Design and construction of a 50 MW solar power station in Tokmak.
- In 2019: Design and construction of a 10 MW solar power station in Zaporizhia.
- In 2021: Participation as an EPC subcontractor in a Wind Power Station project in Zaporizhia with a total capacity of 54 MW.
The collaboration between "Liatech" and "Ohmium" offers broad prospects for Ukraine in the field of green hydrogen production. Green hydrogen can become a key resource for industrial decarbonization and reducing reliance on coal-based fuels. This will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to achieving Ukraine's and global climate goals.
The partnership between "Liatech" and "Ohmium" demonstrates Ukraine's active development in the renewable energy sector and its significant contribution to the global initiative for sustainable energy. The widespread use of green hydrogen becomes a realistic step forward, thanks to this partnership, bringing us closer to the widespread adoption of this technology in Ukraine.
