Ukrainian Hydrogen Council and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine have signed a Cooperation Agreement
Representatives of the Energy Association “Ukrainian Hydrogen Council” and the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine met today to discuss opportunities for bilateral assistance in promoting energy and environmental initiatives and support projects.
On behalf of the Energy Association “Ukrainian Hydrogen Council” in the meeting took part President Oleksandr Riepkin, Vice President Polina Kazakevych and Hydrogen Transportation Expert Anastasia Kudria. The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine was represented by Secretary General Vanessa Russano, Head of External and Institutional Relations Fabiana Caiola, Head of the Secretariat Tatiana Ledchak and International Relations Manager Vano Yuriy.
As a result of the negotiations, a Cooperation Agreement was signed, which, in particular, provides for:
- information exchange,
- creating new opportunities for cooperation between countries and improving ties in all areas of partner activities,
- support in establishing the necessary contacts for activities,
- pooling resources and developments to create joint projects.
In addition, the parties agreed to hold a public event in the near future with the participation of representatives of Italian and Ukrainian companies in order to create a communication platform for exchanging experiences, information, highlighting opportunities and building partnerships.
“Partnership with international organizations interested in the development of hydrogen technologies and changing economic models of countries is one of the priorities of our Association. We are very pleased with this opportunity for cooperation, especially since Italy is one of the first EU countries to believe in hydrogen as a source of clean energy for the future, and also has significant ambitions and opportunities to develop green hydrogen”, - said Oleksandr Riepkin.
