The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must endorse the National Hydrogen Strategy of Ukraine by the end of the year

By December 31, 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must endorse the National Hydrogen Strategy of Ukraine and approve an action plan for its implementation, which should provide for appropriate amendments to legislation.

The relevant assignment is contained in the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of July 30, 2021 "On measures to neutralize threats in the energy sector", which was enacted by Presidential Decree № 452/2021 of August 28 and published on the President's website.

In addition, the government must work on the creation of a new Ukraine-EU hydrogen pipeline by August 31 and attract investment for the project.
