The production of "green" hydrogen will play a significant role in global wind energy

WindEnergy trend: index (WEtix): 53% of respondents believe that there is a "high" and "very high" probability that in the next three years the production of "green" hydrogen will play a significant role in global wind energy.

If we add to this those who estimate such a probability as "average" (about 20%), it becomes obvious that almost three quarters of the industry representatives believe that wind energy can and will steer the excess of produced electricity to obtain "green" hydrogen by electrolysis of water.

Ukraine has great prospects for the production of "green" hydrogen. In particular, the Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany pointed to the huge natural potential of Ukraine, namely the possibility of obtaining 2173 billion kilowatt-hours from wind energy and 99 billion kilowatt-hours from solar energy annually. Part of this electricity could be used to produce "green" hydrogen.
